Launch curves
Player counts aligned on days since release rather than calendar date. This is what makes a new release comparable to its predecessors: it answers whether launch retention is improving or deteriorating, which a calendar-aligned chart cannot show.
No title here was tracked from its launch day. Collection
began in January 2026, so for these games the curve starts at whatever age
they had already reached — useful for comparing mature titles, but not
a launch curve. Any game released from now on will have full launch coverage.
Peak concurrent players by age
Log scale by default: launch peaks are often an order of magnitude above the steady state, which flattens everything else on a linear axis. “% of own peak” compares decay shape independently of size.
Retention from peak
| Game | Released | Peak seen | Day 7 | Day 14 | Day 30 | Day 90 | Launch tracked |
|---|
Percentages are of each title's own peak. A steep fall means a
one-off revenue event; a shallow one means recurring engagement, which
is what supports post-launch monetisation. Dashes mean the age was
never observed.
